pork mince recipes

I have a packet lurking in the back of the freezer from multi buy (They get me every time!) Anyone have any nice recipes to use it up? The other 1 I used mixed with beef to make spaghetti meatballs so would like to try something different. Any suggestions?

Pork and parmesan meatballs every time in our house. I simplify the sauce by using tinned tomatoes and often use smoked streaky bacon instead of the pancetta. It's delicious :-)

Pork and apple burgers?

Jyst done Jamie Oliver's pork meatloaf with spaghetti sauce, was amazing. That pack of pork mince had been in the freezer for aaages.

Pork ball noodles

Well worth the faff, this is delicious.

pork n peppers - like bolognase - with chopped peppers. very sweet. serve pasta.

Green Chilli is great, makes an interesting change to normal chilli.

I can only use pork mince, hate beef mince and don't like lamb.

I make anything that calls for beef mince with pork - chilli, spaghetti bolognaise, lasagne, burgers, shepherds pie etc.

Fry with an onion and garlic, add some cooked rice, ground cinnamon and chopped dried apricots.

Cut large courgettes or a small marrow in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh, leaving about 1cm all round. Chuck away the scooped stuff. Fill with the mince mixture. Top with cheese, bake in the oven.

Sorry another type of meatballs but these Nigel Slater pork meatballs with anchovy are incredible and nothing like standard ones in tomato sauce.
