Pasta, chicken with cheese sauce???

I do chicken, broccoli pasta bake. I sometimes put in a splodge (well, 1/4 jar) of salsa - it's low in fat, salt & sugar - but you could use some tinned tomotoes or passata.

i'd add the veggies, swap the cheese sauce for a dollop of cream and olive oil, serve the chicken grilled on top. kind of primavera alla pollo or somthing.

Yes. I always add veg to chicken in cheese sauce. Always tastes nice.

read my other thread on food, she may not eat ought as i used mayo which had been stored in the cupboard and it had been opened should add it was with tuna/potato and had been cooked in the oven (not that that really makes any difference)
