Potato rotsi is horrible, tons of mixture, help!

I don't know what is wrong with it but it tastes nasty. Too much onion maybe I don't know. I have loads of mixture. Can I do anything with it that isn't the bin?

What's in the mixture? If it's mostly potato and onion you could add some veggies and stock and turn it into soup.
