Slow cooking boneless pork leg?

Can it be done? I want to do some puled pork but only have a rolled pork leg. I've got lots of seasonings etc and a great slow cooker. Any tips, suggestions, warnings?

Switch slow cooker on to high.
lift lid.
put pork in the sc.
put the lid back on.

leave for several hours. You might need to drain the fat at some point.

OK, so it obviously won't turn out dry then, being a completely different cut of meat to pork shoulder?
