I was planning on making a pork and cider type casserole tonight. However, I don't have as much pork as I thought, so going to pad it out with red pepper - will that still go with the cider?

I should think so but I am a bit of a fling it all in and hope for the best cook. Could you add some apples and potato instead?

Yes!!!! Just don't over cook it so it's mushy.

Sounds like a good idea. Just don't cook for as long as pork.
