I think it should be a creamy "sauce" . Ijust make a basic cheese sauce, cook the pasta, bung together in an oven dish and sprinkly with cheese.

Bingo.

I love picking the crunchy bits off the side of hte oven dish. Mmmmmmm

I make it quite saucy especially for the children. Try frying some onion and bacon and adding that to the sauce, makes it really yummy!

*sprinkle with cheese! Not sprinkly

I make it quite creamy, with loads of cheese in the sauce. I also add chopped boiled egg and lardons (cubes of cooked bacon)to make it more of a meal.

ooh like the idea of adding bacon, thanks all btw is it ok to freeze the leftovers?

i think so but you might need to add a bit more milk to get the sauce back when you defrost it.
