baby ready meals? Do you use them?

I use ready meals when I'm running out of time and stuff as I work quite a lot of hours. My DD likes the Annabel Karmel BBQ Chicken, but sometimes I feel kind of guilty for using them, should I? Do you use them? And if so what are you LO's favorite?

I don't use them as they always seem over priced for what they are. If we are in a rush I just use processed stuff for grown ups! So fish fingers and low salt/sugar baked beans or a baked potato (microwave!) with tuna or cheese or filled pasta/gnocchi with pesto and some sweetcorn thrown in (so I feel they are getting a veg!). Whatever works for your family I say!

Grated cheese and apple grilled on toast is another one for when the cupboards are bare!

I only use ready meals when they're not full of sugar/salt etc. I would rather make a quick cheese sauce and boil some pasta than give them ready meals with loads of salt. It's hard when you're busy though. Jacket potatoes are a winner.

We used the baby ready meals a lot when ds was smaller. They tend to be lower in salt than the adult ready meals. Little dish are good.
