I have eggs, bacon, cheese, new potatoes and a pepper but don't fancy either of the above!

Have you pasta? Cheesy bacon and pasta with a pepper chopped through.

IrisWildthyme · 07/01/2014 17:54

What else have you got?

ineedsomeinspiration · 07/01/2014 17:57

Nothing else in the fridge. Stocks and spices etc, pasta, tin of tuna, fish fingers and frozen sweet corn.

Tuna, pasta and sweetcorn with cheese on top.

Bacon & cheese pasta
Yum!
If I wasn't on a diet I'd be eating that right now

Breakfast style fry up, do the potatoes as diced fried potatoes, and do the peppers roasted in the oven instead of tomatoes.

Captain, you and me both. But we will be slim jims for spring Grin

Souffle

Boil the potatoes till not quite done, while you chop up the bacon and pepper.

When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, chop them up too.

Bung it all in a frying pan and fry till turning golden and crispy. Grate cheese over top for added badness.

Serve with a fried egg each.

Breakfast for tea!

Rosti with bacon and cheese, and poached eggs on top.

ineedsomeinspiration · 07/01/2014 18:11

Rosti sounds nice, just discovered some sausage rolls in the freezer!
