Inspire me what are you all having for tea tonight?

DH won't be in till 9.30 tonight and will expect dinner on the table but not sure what to cook tonight. Have most meats in the deep freeze (can defrost in magic box if I need to) loads of veg pasta and rice so come on inspire me to create a gourmet master piece.

GS you could come and cook here next time you feel a cooking frenzy attack.

I agree with Moondog though why are you eating that rubbish as opposed to a deliciouse and nutricious (sp) home cooked meal?

Take away Thai, well the Spanish version , which is more like chinese.

New potatoes, cod in butter/wine sauce, salad.

Made by dh who has never made it before but it's pretty easy so it shouldn't be too bad! (she says hopefully)

We had pasta, cooked with salmon, and mixed with a sauce of creme fraiche, chopped fresh tomatoes, parsley, orange zest and pepper. Served with some fresh salad and garlic bread. Was really nice and summery
