Pulled pork without a slow cooker….

How do I do it??
I have 2.8kg pork shoulder and need help including timings etc!

you do not need a slow cooker

I have done this recipe twice now. Absolutely fab.

The only thing extra I did was to buy a bottle of BBQ sauce and once the pork had been pulled and some of the juiced dribbled over, we also dribbled over a little of the BBQ sauce.

It Is delicious.

I used boneless shoulder.
