Any recommendations for builders type tea without the caffeine? Thanks!

Do it yourself.
Take tea bag, dunk on hot water, keep in for two min, then make tea proper.

Yorkshire tea or clipper tea both are lovely decaffeinated versions. Available from tescos or Sainsbury's

I've tried lots of different types and the only two I've found to actually taste like normal tea are Yorkshire decaf and Lidl's own brand decaf (Knightsbridge I think).

Drladybird · 06/01/2014 12:50

Thanks very much- I'm going to seek out some Yorkshire decaf. I have tried the Clipper version but there is something about the flavour that I'm not sure about.

Another vote for Yorkshire decaff.
We have disgustingly hard water and it still tastes more then acceptable.

Yorkshire gets my vote

Another vote here for lidl decaf tea. The box looks cheap but it's actually one of the better ones

GeeinItLaldy · 07/01/2014 06:37

Twinings.

pollywollydoodle · 07/01/2014 06:53

OP Asda's bagvs in the blue box is the only decaff I have found that makes proper builder's tea.
Lidl is ok
Yorkshire ...not as strong as it's reputation suggests

Bunbaker · 07/01/2014 06:57

PG Tips decaff wins my vote
