Juices from Xmas dinner - how long in fridge?

I've just sorted my fridge out as there is shit loads of food / left overs I'm trying to use up.

I've got 400ml of juices from our turkey on Christmas Day Blush - can it be used?

Does it go off?

I've scraped the inch thick of fat off the top from the copious amounts of butter we stuffed under the skin it's in a jelly kind of form.

Assuming its ok. Thoughts?

I don't know really but can tell you ere is absolutely no way I would do anything with them 10 days after the event as I think meat juices are probably an ideal breeding ground for bacteria in the fridge or not.

I froze/cleared out the leftovers from Christmas dinner after a few days, I wouldn't risk it.

Hmm I was expecting you all to say use it!

I can use my Knorr gravy pots that I got free from MN before Xmas instead Grin
