Food for the weekend......

What you all eating?

I have raided the freezer and found 2 wood pigeon which dh will cook. Having with parsnip croquettes and spinaci.

Mince for spag bol on Sunday.

No one eating this weekend then?

I have decided to make space (in our small) freezer, and will be having curry with fresh boiled rice, and oxtail stew with either rice or potatoes.

I'm having artichoke soup with chicken dumplings on Saturday.
On Sunday I'm making caramelised orange cake and a potato bake. It differs from my meal plan as the supermarket was ridiculous today, I actually stopped to check it wasn't closing down or that we have a bank holiday I don't know about. The whole of south Wales trooped to the shops today to get the food in. I abandoned it after the veg aisle- I just couldn't bring.myself to go further.

Dh is working tomorrow and Sunday so I am going to roast a chicken tomorrow and have it with salad ( as dieting ) and will make a curry for him for each evening as he will have dinner during the day.

I will also have an omelette tomorrow. Will bake a crumble (Apples and berries) for dh.

Wood pigeon was lovely.

Boys had burgers or pizza.
