Can babies eat pureed pineapple at 6 months? And is it best to serve spinach with something else such as potato (I know they shouldn't have too much spinach!)

would imagine pineapple is fine in small quantities. it's a bit acidic so i'd only give a spoonful first time just to make sure they don't get an upset tummy from it.

i served spinich on it's own and mixed with stuff and it went down well either way, it's a fantastic iron boost if meat hasn't been introduced yet so i snuck it into most meals tbh!

I mix pineapple with pear ... I think it helps neutralise the acidity a little bit ... either way my ds loves it!

I used to boil some peppers (red and green) to death a bit and then puree them to a smooth paste with some potato - about 1:4 ratio (majority potato). Also carrot and pea puree went down well.

Be careful with pineapple as it can be one of those things they can be allergic to so start off with a very small amount. I also found it used to give DS nappy rash.
