I have Christmas veg (uncooked) to use up. I could just make a massive vat of soup or I could make a few different ones. I would love to hear any tips, combos or recipes 
My veggies are:
Half kilo of sprouts
3 large parsnips
Half a cauliflower
One large leek
Plenty of carrots and potatoes
I also have a fairly well stocked herb/spice rack and some lardons in the fridge. And cheese.
I was thinking:
Sprout, carrot and lardon
Leek and potato
Spicy parsnip
Mish mash of whatever is left?
