We are in holiday in a cottage with minimal equipment and we are making a cake. I bought a Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix as there are literally no whisks etc and it is just easier. Thing is the mix is for a sandwich cake made in two round tins and only tin I have found here is a loaf tin. Would it work as a loaf do you think?
