Ideas please for a new year meal that is vegan but my dcs will have a half chance of eating!

My daughter is a vegan.

Linda McCartney sausages are suitable for vegans.

Tofu, the lightly seasoned one.

Vegan roast potatoes

What kind of meal are you having, a roast dinner?

I wanted to do a meal that we would all eat. I don't want to have separate things for the vegans really. I was thinking of some kind of risotto or paella?

Whilst my daughter is a vegan I am a vegetarian. On a recent night out with friends I had a mushroom risotto as my main meal. It was lovely but boring after the fourth mouthful as there was nothing to accompany it.

Just the same taste in each mouthful.

How about this pasta with peppers and aubergine ...serve with a salad and some homemade vegan garlic bread? You could serve the sauce with rice or cous cous if you preferred.
