My mum bought it for Christmas Eve but for various reasons it didn't get cooked. It's only a small one (800g) but as it was bought at a farmers' market it has no instructions for cooking. Can anyone tell me the best way to cook it? Due to it being more "solid" than, say, a chicken, I was thinking of covering it in foil and cooking it on a lowish temp... I have no temperature probe though and don't want to ruin such a treat!
