will ham in coke work with pepsi?

Are you using the Nigella ham in coke recipe ? If so you may not get the result you expecting.

We do gammon in cherry coke which is even more delicious. Especially if you glaze it with cherry jam afterwards.

Mine worked with lidl 'freeway' coke in slow cooker with onion and cinnamon stick. Was bloody hansum for tea tonight and am sure it will be great cold over the next few days.
