Stuffed cabbage - use the leaves like vine leave around pork and rice. Serve with a tomato sauce.

My mum used to make a lasagne style affair with cabbage as the pasta sheets. (cooked 1st)

Chillii
Onion or spring onion
Garlic
Peppers
Peanut butter
Bit of stock
Then either add cabbage as well or stir fry it separately with a bit of soy and garlic
