....any ideas please? Have over a tray left from last two weeks and another one arrived with my shopping today. Sauce, roasted, dried (but how?) Thanks

This uses lots of tomatoes and is easy and tasty: www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pork-recipes/sweet-cherry-tomato-and-sausage-bake
I'm sure baby plum would be fine instead of cherry tomatoes.

Cut them in half, put in oven dish, drizzle olive oil then a little bit if salt / black pepper and, if you fancy, a tiny bit of runny honey.

Roast at something like 150c for 30-40 mins - you want them
starting to dry out but nor charred Smile and different tomatoes need different times.

Use in a salad, or as an accompaniment to risotto, or on toast, especially with a bit of balsamic. I love them with mushroom risotto but usually when I make them
I scoff most of them before I can use them with a meal.
