Help - can I clean my freezer WITHOUT switching it off?

It's full of food and a gunky, sticky mess at the bottom which I suspect is Mango Sorbet.

Is there a miracle cleaning product which I can use with the freezer on?

Sounds like it needs a good scrub which can only be done once it's defrosted - I don't know of any magical product but let me know if you find one !
