freezing cooked mince

can i freeze spag bol that: 1. has been cooked from raw mince (not frozen mince). 2. frozen. 3. defrosted. 4 cooked again. 5. ??? can i ....??

alternatively, can i reheat the defrosted spag bol, cook it, eat half of it, let the other half cool and put in fridge and would it be ok a couple of days later?

I'd reheat and save unbeaten portion in the fridge. Double freezing is not a great idea unless you want to risk vomiting over Xmas!

I'd put the left overs in the fridge and eat within a couple of days.
