does anyone have a nice easy recipe for gingerbread men?

not yet tried it but how about this
gingerbread men

if it comes out too sticky .. reduce the amount of syrup and add more flour until it isn't too sticky (start off with 1 tbsp less and 1 tbsp more of flour and keep adding until it works)
