Moussaka to freeze?

I'm in a quandry. I'm making a moussaka to freeze and I'm not sure whether I should bake it now, after assembling it or freeze it once it's assembled. Any idea? Thanks.

I've done it both ways, but think it tastes slightly better freezing before cooking. I then defrost it completely and finish in the oven as usual.
