My Toddler has started eating againg. Hooray.

And while she is i intend to make the most of it and cook up some meals to freeze. My main question is Is it ok to cook the chicken meal, cool it down, freeze and then re-heat in the future?

Ans on a postcard please

Plus any recipes would be much appreciated, her fav meal at mo is spag bol!

chicken with tomatoe and basil served with rice or pasta
grill chicken
cook tinned plum tomatoes with a bit of basil
throw tomatoe and basil in blender and blast
pour sauce over chicken in a freezeable container you dont need alot of sauce so one tin would make a good five freezeable meals or more all dependant on how much you dd likes sauce
plus its a good and simple one for the rest of the family
