I'm making a large batch of cupcakes for my friend's wedding. Will they still taste fresh on the afternoon of the wedding if I make them the evening before? They'll be in paper cases and frosted with butter icing (which I'll do in the morning of the wedding). Cupcakes never hang around long enough in my house to find out (and I can't be bothered to do a test batch just to find out -it'll ruin my diet
), and I must admit that my stale radar is a bit off...
What do you think?
