Do chips last until next day?

I fried too many chopped potatoes. Will they be play warmed through tomorrow do you think?

I often boil potatoes the day before and then roast or fry the next day.

I think they'll be ok.

chop up again and shallow fry - you won't need much if any more oil in a non stick pan and they taste good as a sort of hash.

Of course they will. Might not be as nice in terms of texture. But what do you think could happen to them between today and tomorrow?
