I am trying to find a vegetable broth recipe for x-mas day. The vegetable soup I usually make is a purée style rather than a broth.
Has to be suitable for MIL who is coeliac.
Also in-laws don't like the vegetable broth with tomatoes in it - most online recipes I have found seem to include there.
