My uncle has given me two whole rabbits and four back legs of rabbit.

does anyone have anything interesting i can do with them?

i haven't had them often and in the past have just done a simple pot roast but was hoping i might do something a bit more adventurous.

My go to rabbit dish (when we have rabbit, which is not very often) is rabbit stew. I add red wine & root veg such as carrots, parsnip, swede etc & onion. Also bacon & thyme are essential. A bit of cream also goes nicely in it. Serve with mashed potato & it's a great winter warmer.
