Can you please share your best gravy recipe with me for Christmas day, we are having chicken and pork.

I usually make gravy with a home-made veg stock as the base

If you are making one gravy for both and wanting to use meat juices, I would say use the chicken.

I'm sorry but that is going to taste like washing up water.

Add some Bisto for Heaven's sake.

I assumed that OP would already be aware of instant gravies when asking for a recipe.

There are lots of ways to make gravy, I was just sharing mine.

I do sometimes add a half or whole stock cube, but no, it doesn't taste of washing up water, it tastes of proper flavour and not just salty gloop imo.
