What Turkey to buy - first Christmas dinner!

This will be the first time I cook a Christmas dinner as we have always gone to MILs
I don't really want a huge turkey as i only need to cater for 4,
Is a crown just the breast part (we don't tend to eat legs)
And do I cook it the same way I would cook a chicken?

Yes. Get one of those - , they'll probably have cooking instructions on them.

Go to a butcher and ask for a rolled and boned turkey. They will give you times and correct weight. A hen is nicer if you have that option.
