Rocky road type thing - will it freeze OK?

I made tons of the festive choc and fruit slices on page 30 for a kids party.

It is delicious, if I say so myself but the kids didn't go for it at all, preferring the things that came in shiny packets

Do you think it will freeze OK or will the biscuit go soggy? If I leave it out I'm going to eat it all myself!!

Rocky road freezes really well and that recipe is just a variation isn't it, so I'd say it'll be fine. I freeze biscuits all the time to stop them going soggy!
