what to do with blackcurrants?

Picked a load today and want some tips on what to do with them please?
Im going to google but if you have some special recipe then i would love to hear it.

fool - stew them with lots of sugar and mix with whipped cream and custard

pies and crumbles are good too so freeze lots for autumn/winter!

Nigel Slater has a recipe for vanilla ice-cream and hot blackcurrant sauce which has always made me drool.
