I just use mayonnaise (sometimes mixed with yoghurt), mango chutney, turmeric and currants. But there are lots of more complicated and presumably more delicious recipes on the internet.

Nigella did one for the jubliee, hang on

yah to nigellas's "lighter version"! it's the creaminess that makes it!

tassis · 15/07/2006 20:22

Mine is pretty much the same as SP. Half in half natural yog and mayo, mango chutney and curry powder.

Not hugely keen on currants in it.

haven't made it for ages and ages, thanks for the reminder!

hi tassis

seen this thread several times tonight and kept thinking 'tassis has a nice recipe'! good that you've posted!!

tassis · 15/07/2006 20:30

Hi ja9, the problem with me posting my recipes (just posted my fruit fool one too!) is that then everyone realises how utterly simple everything I make is and no-one's going to be impressed anymore!!

ja9 · 15/07/2006 20:32

i doubt it tassis

softmusk · 15/07/2006 23:45

cheers everyone
