I'm making lunch for tomorrow and I want to use some halloumi can I reheat it in the microwave at work? Or would it go funny?

I don't know if it would keep its nice chewy texture if you reheated it, but it's certainly nice cold the next day. Give it a go, at most I think it would get a softer texture, but still taste delicious.

And it's also nice uncooked too if you haven't tried it like that. I love halloumi - it's probably one of my most favourite foods!

Thanks. I've decided to go without rather than ruin my precious halloumi.

I love it in burgers with portobello mushrooms, spinach, sweet chilli sauce and mayo, yum!

Yes it reheats really well. In a microwave. I take it to work for lunch sometimes and it tastes freshly cooked.
