Spicy Christmas biscuit recipe

Does anyone have an easy and tasty recipe for Christmas spice biscuits?

I make orange and cinnamon shortbread biscuits or Christmas spice biscuits, which both hold their shape really well when using cookie cutters.

Look up pepperkaker. Norwegian or Swedish gingerbread, but with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and black pepper. If you don't like one or more of those, you can omit.
