Help me deal with my miscalculated mini muffin multitude

In an attempt to exploit DS's love of cakes, I thought I'd make some healthy fruit muffins with minimal sugar... got a recipe of the web, mixed it up and hey presto - over 50 blimmin' muffins! I only had mini cake cases so they are small, but we'll never get through them. Can you freeze muffins? Of course if this wasn't a virtual forum you could all have one

Have a cake stall outisde you house tomorrow?

Actually you probably can freeze them. My Mum often freezes sponge cakes.

muffins freeze brilliantly. then you can just bung a few frozen into a bag to take out for summer picnics! Will be thawed by lunch time.

Taste them first though and check everyone else likes them!

I once froze three chocolate cakes that my dp claimed to have loved, then admitted that he hated about 3 months later. Couldn't bring myslef to chuck them out for a year as they had taken ages to make. Really pi**ed me off everytime I opened the freezer door!!
