Brown pork in a casserole. Take out, add a sliced onion-fry off. Add pork, spoon of plain flour, mix, add glass of red wine, stir, add tin of tomatoes and basil and clove of garlic.Cover, slam in the oven (170c) for about an hour, then add chopped peppers and olives , cover and cook for a further 30 mins. If looking dry add more wine or water! Serve with rice and a green salad. Yum Yum!

you can also do a lovely stir fry if you have lots of stir fry veggies though podmog's recipe sounds lovely

Stirfry it with loads of chopped veg, olive oil, and soy, and serve with noodles. Easy!
