Help me with a thank you Lunch......

I am about to leave a job I have done for over 5 years and enjoyed every minute mainly thanks to the people I work with.
We are supposed to be going out for lunch on my last week, but I was thinking it might be nice if I cooked for them and invited them to my home for lunch.
However i have a small budget of around £15 and for that i need to cater for 8 including 1 vegetarian.
can anyone make and suggestions.

Aw, that sounds lovely op, can't think of anything but I'm sure other posters will be on to advise shortly, but wouldn't it be easier for you if you all went out?

I just added a recipe to the mumsnet recipe file which is amazing to look at and to eat. It's veggie but very filling and we loved it. www.mumsnet.com/food/recipe/2626-Vegetable-strudel
