Can you "commission" someone to make an icing cake topper?

It's my Dad's 70th next year snd he's a big fan of Morgan cars. I was going to attempt to make a Morgan-shaped birthday cake but I just don't think I'm up to it skills wise. However I'd like to make/decorate a normal round or square cake with a Morgan on top - preferably edible.

Are there people out there who provide that sort of service?

Most cake decorators will do a topper for you! My Mum 'does' cakes (not professionally but she's brilliant at it) and has made plenty of these for people. I'm sure if you ask a normal cake place they would be happy to do it.
