What is your favourite soup book?

My. Mum has asked me to get her a soup recipe book for Christmas - it must have inspiring pictures and a wide variety of soups. So which book do you think would fit the bill?

I recommend Michael van Straten's Super Soups book, lots of lovely recipes good for mind, body and soul.

I love this one.
