Sticky toffeepudding

I am having a big family tea/supper on saturday and have a busy week ahead so am getting started on food I can make now and then keep/freeze until then. Have just made a sticky toffee pudding in a 23cm square tin. Will this keep in an airtight tin until Saturday ( will need to cut it into squares though) or should I keep it in the tin and freeze it?

The less I have to do on the day the better as I always miss out on all the family gossip while busy in the kitchen!

I'd freeze it. Have fun!

Won't hurt to freeze it, but they are pretty moist so I think it would be ok. Especially when refreshed with toffee sauce - yum!
