I am looking for your help. I am in the process of setting up a business consulting individuals/restaurants on the gluten free diet (coeliac disease) Me and my fiancee want to have children as soon as we get married (in May) so I am hoping to make this my full time job in time for us to have lots of babies!:) I am looking for some guinea pigs (!) to help me with my research. Is anyone out there newly diagnosed as a coeliac or any of your children? I am looking to provide my consultancy service free of charge for a few people that are struggling to adjust to the diet in order to help me with refining the packages I want to offer and to find out what will/won't work. If anyone would like to help me it would be very appreciated and in return I can offer you advice on shopping/cooking/eating out etc. I have had coeliac disease all my life so know how hard it would be for someone who has never encountered the diet before. If you live in the south wales area I would be able to meet in person, however any further than that it would all have to be via email
