grazing teens!

DC are constantly eating crap. They manage to consume 'treats' within a couple of days of the weekly shop. Anything sweet lasts only 5 minutes.

How do you fill your teens up? What do they graze on?

We are a vegetarian household and there is always lots of fruit, pita, bagels, eggs, houmous, quorn sandwich stuff, peanut butter, marmite etc available but they seem to go for raisins, biscuits, rice pudding, crap intended as the odd treat!

I have resolved to not buying the sugary stuff from now on as it's an obvious temptation.

Is there anything else I can make available that sates teen appetites between meals but still reasonably nutritious?

Dd has a weekly kids graze box. There is sweet stuff but its not quite as sugary as say a shop bought flapjack. Dd is a dancer so needs healthy snacks but still feel like she's getting treats. She has a very sweet tooth.
