The "theme" has only come about because I have a lovely slow cooker recipe for beef with ginger and soy (not at all authentic I'm sure) because my DSs have begged for duck spring rolls and because I made kale crisps (crispy seaweed?) last week and they were delicious!
What would you serve with it all? We will be sat round a table but I'd like it to be help yourself, so that fussy DS2 eaters can pick what they want without pressure from GPs to eat up what they hate! So couple of choices for protein/veg/carbs would be good.
6 adults and 4 children no allergies etc but a few who don't like rice/mushrooms/veg which is why I'd like them to be able to help themselves to what they want
