Hey there. At the end of September dp and I are getting married. Due to food allergies in our family I am going to do all the catering, including making the cake, myself.
I'm looking for an egg free royal icing recipe. It doesn't have to be exactly the same as royal icing, ie will set to take the weight of layers above it, as it will be for the top layer only.
