ok i have chicken, coucous, pepper, inspiration needed

Have you got a grillet pan? you could cut the chicken into strips and peppers - and an onion if there's one about - and grillet them, then add to cooked coucous for a warm/cold salad. Throw in some cherry tomatoes and you're laughing!

Roast the chicken in the oven, at the same time roast the chopped up pepper along with any other roastable veg you've got, some herbs, garlic and olive oil. Chop it all up and bung it in with the cooked couscous.

all sound lovely, need some sauce for it tho coz i think it may be too dry to dd to eat

It's not really dry, you just have to make sure that you add enough water to the couscous. Or you can add a knob of butter at the end to moisten it if it needs it.

Dd likes a can of baked beans added to hers, which makes it more like risotto, or you could make a tomato salsa to go with it.

Or just stir a spoonful of olive oil in when you add the veg to the couscous.
