I'm desperately trying to use all our courgettes and I've got some new potatoes left from last night, If I make a frittata now will it be tasty enough to eat with salad later tonight or should I faff about later and prepare it hot?

ta - brain's in shutdown today

Never tried it myself but a lot of people do eat frittata cold so wouldn't see why not.

Thank you everybody else for your civilised response.

I shall go and make it then - all the recipes seemed to serve it hot that's why I was making an enquiry.
