Hummus

Hi,

The recipes I have for hummus use the chickpeas that you soak overnight; I only have the tinned version. Before trying the hummus recipes should I take the skins off the chickpeas as suggested?

And any recipes while i'm here to ensure i'm doing it right?

No, just tip them straight in once drained

not good on quantities but essential ingredients are chickpeas, of course, garlic, tahini, salt, olive oil and lemon juice

1 can chickpeas
1 garlic clove
1 lemon, juice only
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
olive oil
